CLEAN AIR services begins a project by presenting you with an overall view of our methods, so that you and your staff know exactly what the job will entail, including schedules and any inconveniences to your and your facility. When appropriate, we inspect the systems before any cleaning is done and provide you with a report photographically documenting the present conditions within your systems. After our cleaning process is complete, we provide a "Project Report" documenting the finished (cleaned) conditions within your air supply systems.
Specifications
Our standards are the highest in the industry and we have a written specification which gives you a measurable means of controlling performance. This means that you can be assured that the components of your HVAC system will be thoroughly clean when we have completed our work. Thorough cleaning ensures the longest cycle between cleaning and, therefore, the greatest value.
Equipment
All of our equipment is compact, quiet and powerful. We use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the most thorough cleaning job available. This means that you will not be bothered by noisy equipment or dirt and debris left behind. Our equipment and our procedures allow us to do the work with the least amount of disruption to your work environment. This also means that your site will be completely secure during our cleaning process.
Experience
Clean Air Services has been in the HVAC cleaning business for since 1989 and we have cleaned large and small systems in a wide variety of Marine environments. This means that you can count on us for competent, professional service. Our knowledge and experience work to ensure that your project will be trouble free.
Methodology
Our procedures are designed to thoroughly clean HVAC systems to the highest standards without disturbing your work environment. Special care is taken in sensitive areas. This means, if you have specialized areas, we have the capacity and experience to clean them.
Reporting Method
A Daily Production Report is written by our Project Manager. This will keep your Manager informed regarding work done during the shift, work planned for the next shift and any unusual discoveries. A full Project Report will be submitted following the completion of the project. This will include a description of pre and post cleaning conditions of the system accompanied by before and after photographs. This means that you will have proof that your HVAC equipment was cleaned to the highest standard. You will also be notified of the need for any action outside the scope of our work.
