1. TECHNICAL INSPECTION
We will inspect key areas of your HVAC systems. Our inspections will include accumulated contaminant levels, and HVAC system deterioration or hazards. This report will be indicative of the internal conditions of entire system. We will then provide you with a written report including a description of our findings, photographic documentation and our recommendations. We will also, if applicable, provide budget figures for any deficiencies we find.
2. CLEANING/REFURBISHING OF HVAC SYSTEMS
We thoroughly clean entire HVAC systems and repair or refurbish components as necessary with little disruption to the conditioned airspace occupants.

3. TOILET EXHAUST CLEANING
This preventive maintenance item is typically overlooked resulting in restricted exhaust flows and associated poor ventilation. We will remove the plunge grills and thoroughly clean the exhaust ductwork.
4. GALLEY GREASE EXHAUST CLEANING
We have developed procedures and equipment to remove accumulated cooking grease from the internal surfaces of galley exhaust systems from the hoods to the discharge. This servicing will reduce fire and health hazards, and will meet or exceed Coast Guard regulatory requirements.
5. GALLEY VERTICAL RISER CLEANING
These components usually become heavily contaminated with liquid, caramelized and congealed grease, which is extremely flammable. We have developed the Clean Air "Jet Clean" process which will remove 99% of the grease and deposits in these risers.
6. LAUNDRY EXHAUST SYSTEM CLEANING
Laundry exhaust ductwork and internal components build up layers of lint from the tumbling dryers and deposits of wax from the ironing machines. These deposits are extremely flammable. We thoroughly clean these systems with various methods including our 'SPIN CLEAN' process.
7. PROJECT REPORT
Clean Air services produces a number of technical and informative reports for each project undertaken. Daily Production Reports are submitted daily for the duration of the project, keeping everyone involved, updated and aware of the project progress. Clients are presented with a detailed photo documented Project Report after completion of the project. Specialty reports are also designed when required to facilitate smooth communications when working in critical and secured areas.
