Clean Air services firmly believes in being open and responsible in dealing with our clients. Our process will be fully communicated and shared with the client through each step of the process.
Listed below are the general steps Clean Air services will undertake, as directed, when proceeding with a project.
The Sales Department and a Project Manager can perform a Technical Assessment of needs and concerns in regards to the facilities HVAC and ventilation systems. All assessments, inspections, mechanical surveys, balancing requirements, and contamination evaluations will be performed or overseen by a Project Manager with experience in projects equal or greater in scope.
The Technical Assessment Report will be submitted to the client following the completion of the survey. The document will include all findings and recommendations along with photographic evidence of conditions found in ductwork, components, and air handlers. Recommendations for repairs and refurbishment will be inclusive in the Assessment Document. If requested, an estimate will be submitted for a cleaning and remediation project including estimates for environmental monitoring, mechanical repairs and balancing requirements as needed.
Included in the Assessment Documentation will also be any results from laboratory analysis including the protocols, methodology, and reporting techniques used in the analysis. This data will be submitted in the technical assessment report as received from the lab.
An initial client contact meeting will manage the scheduling, security, on site contacts and confirmation the Project Scope details. Clean Air services will be familiar with the general layout of the facilities and provide a progression schedule or proceed through the project as directed by the client.
Clean Air services firmly believes in creating a safe and responsible work environment. The safety of all staff - ours and our clients - is our first priority. Anything that jeopardizes the safety of any worker on site is not acceptable. The Project Manager can supply the client with a site specific Safety and Hazard Plan and our corporate safety manual if requested. As well, the Project Manager will conduct safety meetings on a daily basis before the shift starts for that day’s work on project goals.
At the end of each shift, throughout the duration of the project, the client will be provided with daily production reports detailing work accomplished, units and areas addressed during this shift and work to be completed on the next shift. All reports will be submitted at the end of the shift to the project contact and are always available to the client.
Upon completion of Project goals and recommendations, the client will be supplied with a final project report. This report will detail all work done for the client and will include photographs comparing before and after images of work completed. This report also documents the project details and contains data on anomalies encountered and recommendations for future service work. All documents presented to the client are theirs to retain for future reference. A copy of all documentation will also be kept by Clean Air services as well.
