The success of any project - big or small - is dependent on effective communications. Without proper communication tools in place, projects can flounder, be misdirected, or lose focus, creating cost overruns and mismanagement of projects.
To deal with these potential issues, we have developed several proactive tools and systems designed to keep our projects on track, and you the client, informed and actively involved throughout the entire process.
Daily Reporting on-site, use of cell phones with all crews, as well as the use of email and other electronic communications are crucial tools in keeping our clients part of the process and active partners. Any and all information concerning the projects we are working on shall be considered confidential.
One way Clean Air services keeps our clients informed is through the use of Daily Production Reports; DPRs are detailed reports created and submitted at the completion of each and every shift.
These reports are key tools containing details of what was completed during the last shift and what crews expect to be completed during the next shift. Also contained within these reports are any anomalies encountered during the shift with recommendations for action, along with minutes from any safety meetings conducted during the shifts.
These reports provide the client with an important and expected accountability tool ensuring that we meet or surpass your expectations for any projects we are hired to do.
After every working shift, our Project Managers write detailed Production Reports.
Upon completion of all projects and the receipt of the Final Project Report, each client will receive a letter stating the completion of the project for their records.
This letter will detail the work done and provide suggestions for future work. These are important communication documents which can be filed for future reference should an occasion arise.
